Product Return Request
To request a return, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Access Your Account
Log in to your Feraux account or use the "Track Order" link from your order confirmation email
Step 2: Find Your Order
Go to your "Orders" page and click on the order you want to return
Step 3: Request Return
Click the "Return Item" button and select the product(s) you want to return
Step 4: Provide Details
Select reason for return and upload clear photos showing the Feraux brand tag
Step 5: We'll Review
We'll review your request and notify you within 24-48 hours. You'll get an email confirmation and return instructions.
• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all tags intact
• Please upload product images where the Feraux brand tag is clearly visible
